HR/Admin Officer Needed
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong capacity to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities:
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
Support the management in HR functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent command of the English language.
Salary: 450 JOD
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
