Office Manager/ assistant (Female)
Location: Amman, Jordan
We are currently seeking a full-time highly organised Office Manager / Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative operations of the CEO’s office
• Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
• Ensure the smooth functioning of office tasks and supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Highly organized, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
