Job Title: HR Officer & Training Coordinator.
Reporting to: HR Manager.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Contract Type: Unlimited Contract.
Location: Amman – Airport Street – Opal Hotel Amman.
Job Summary:
As an HR and Training Coordinator at Opal Hotel Amman, you will manage recruitment processes, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training programs. This role supports employees’ growth and performance and aligns with our goals and objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, selection, and onboarding.
– Handle employee relations, addressing and resolving concerns.
– Assist in payroll and benefits by collecting and verifying attendance, preparing closing reports, and managing overtime and deductions.
– Ensure full knowledge of labor laws and social security.
– Support the HR Manager with performance reviews and employee development plans.
– Coordinate and conduct training and development programs.
– Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
– Create weekly reports such as HR Table, Weekly Orientation, and MoM for daily management meetings.
Candidate Specifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in English or Business Administration.
– Prior experience in all HR functions.
– Technical skills: Presentation skills, Microsoft Office Suite, English proficiency, and a strong understanding of labor laws, social security, and HR policies.
