🌍 Job Purpose

You’ll play a key role in:

✅ Supporting project implementations.

✅ Resolving escalations with a focus on Microsoft Endpoint Management.

✅ Designing and managing cutting-edge solutions.

📋 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Deliver successful projects while meeting SLAs and industry standards.

🔹 Implement IT processes and security policies.

🔹 Provide expert guidance on Endpoint Management best practices.

🔹 Travel occasionally to support key projects.

🔑 Skills and Expertise

💻 Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Intune or RMM solutions.

🔒 Strong understanding of security best practices.

📂 Experience with deployment tools like Windows AutoPilot.

🌐 Knowledge of cloud technologies, identity management, and collaboration platforms.

🛠 Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred).

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

📜 Certifications in the field are a plus.

📢 Strong English communication skills is plus.
