We’re Hiring: Microsoft Endpoint Specialist
We’re currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients based in Amman, Jordan for the role of Microsoft Endpoint Specialist. If you’re experienced in Endpoint Management and ready to support a growing customer base across the region, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Purpose
You will play a key role in:
•Supporting project implementations
•Resolving escalations related to Microsoft Endpoint Management
•Designing and managing secure, efficient IT solutions
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver successful projects while meeting SLAs and industry standards
•Implement IT processes and security policies
•Provide expert guidance on Endpoint Management best practices
•Occasionally travel to support key projects
Skills and Expertise:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Intune or similar RMM tools
•Strong understanding of security best practices
•Experience with deployment tools like Windows AutoPilot
•Knowledge of cloud technologies, identity management, and collaboration platforms
•Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
•Certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus
•Strong English communication skills are a bonus
