About the Role
AIGC is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team in Amman. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, supervising team members, and ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Responsibilities
• Supervise HR Executives and Coordinators
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Maintain and audit HRIS data and employee files
• Support performance management and training cycles
Qualifications
• 7–9 years of HR experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s in HR or related field
• Valid HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or PHR) +plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
