Job Opening: Quality Risk Management & Training Supervisor
Department: Quality Assurance
Reports to: QA Manager
About the Role:
A pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Risk Management & Training Supervisor to join our Quality Assurance team. The selected candidate will play a key role in evaluating and managing risks that may affect product quality, as well as leading and coordinating Training activities across departments in line with GMP and QMS (ISO 9001) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Risk Management:
Develop and execute risk assessment plans for high-risk activities across the plant.
Prepare and maintain procedures and systems related to risk management.
Conduct risk-based studies to justify process parameters and determine intervals.
Perform risk analysis with relevant departments and suggest improvements to reduce risk.
Prepare comprehensive risk management reports in line with ICH and PIC/s guidelines.
Follow up on implementation of corrective/preventive actions and assess their effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for improvement based on a risk-based approach.
Submit regular reports to the departmental manager on activities and follow-ups.
Training Coordination:
Develop and manage the company’s annual training plan.
Coordinate departmental training needs, especially for newly recruited staff.
Organize and participate in internal and external training sessions.
Maintain accurate training records and certificates.
Liaise with external training providers for upcoming programs.
Support training programs for Interns and Trainees from educational institutions.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or any related Science.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field, from which at least 3 years in Quality Risk Management.
3. Possess solid knowledge of quality and risk requirements along with strong investigation, analysis, computer, communication, cooperation, and presentation skills relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
Training:
– Certified in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related GxPs
– Proven training in Quality Risk Management
– Familiarity with risk analysis tools and investigation techniques
– Training in ISO 9001 Quality Management System
– Training delivery skills are a plus
Skills:
– Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality and risk standards
– Solid analytical and investigation capabilities
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Proficient in MS Office and internet tools
– Team-oriented and proactive approach
