We are expanding our operations and embarking on an exciting new venture in Egypt. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead this initiative and ensure its success.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee our new project in Egypt from initiation to completion. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop full-scale project plans, including detailed tasks, resource requirements, and timelines.

• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

• Track project milestones and deliverables.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

• Experience working on projects in Egypt or the wider MENA region is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.

• Problem-solving aptitude with a creative and analytical approach.

• Ability to stay as required for project needs within Egypt.
