Sales Coordinator Opening
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare sales reports
– Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
– Coordinate and follow up on daily sales operations and orders.
– Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, when needed.
– Track sales targets and ensure timely reporting and updates.
– Manage customer databases and maintain accurate sales records.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Maximum of 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or a similar role
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
