Customer Operations Officer – Intern
Are you a fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in Supply Chain? We’re offering an exciting 3-month paid internship as a Customer Operations Officer within our dynamic Supply Chain Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
– Support label development and translation processes.
– Help ensure timely availability of packaging materials.
– Assist in aligning production schedules with orders.
– Follow up with our logistics team for complete order deliveries.
– Prepare sample requests and create sales orders in our Alpha system.
What we’re looking for:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
– 0-1 year of experience.
– Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
– Proficiency in MS Office.
– Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Details:
Duration: 3 months
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (45 hours/week)
