🚀 We’re Hiring—Social Media Account Manager

At SafiTech, we create digital experiences that connect brands with people. We’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager (SMAM) who thrives on creativity, strategy, and data. You’ll lead the social presence for both our company and our clients—planning campaigns, writing compelling content, and ensuring our digital voice is powerful and consistent across platforms.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more)
• Develop monthly content strategies and editorial calendars
• Write original, engaging, and brand-aligned posts in both Arabic and English
• Coordinate with designers to produce visual content that complements written posts
• Monitor engagement, respond to followers, and maintain community standards
• Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports with actionable insights
• Identify trends and integrate them into creative campaigns
• Propose new ideas to increase engagement and reach
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align messaging and promotions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content marketing
• Proven experience in a digital marketing agency or creative environment
• Excellent writing and editing skills (Arabic and English)
• Strong knowledge of content management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest platform trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field
