🔍 Position: Product Management Officer – Veterinarian
📍 Location: Full-time | On-site | Amman, Jordan
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Management Officer-Veterinarian located in Amman. The Product Management Officer-Veterinarian will be responsible for overseeing the development and marketing of veterinary products. Key tasks include evaluating market needs, managing product lifecycles, coordinating with production and quality assurance teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the lifecycle of veterinary products from development to post-launch.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation or enhancement.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and compliant product development.
Coordinate with regulatory affairs to meet all local and international compliance standards.
Develop and execute product marketing strategies in partnership with the sales and marketing departments.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare product documentation, technical materials, and promotional content.
Support training and education initiatives for sales teams and clients.
Qualifications
Veterinary Medicine degree or a strong background in the veterinary or animal health industry (required).
Proven experience in product management or project management roles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of financial aspects related to product costing, pricing, and profitability.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance procedures in veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with product management tools or ERP systems is a plus.
