• 5–7 years of proven experience in HR operations, including HR systems, personnel administration, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies; attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
2. Manpower Planning Specialist (أخصائي تخطيط القوى العاملة)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, data analysis, and headcount forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into workforce requirements.
3. Sr. HR Officer (مسؤول موارد بشرية أول)
• 3–5 years of solid experience in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, records management, talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to support HR initiatives effectively.

• HR roles are either based in our main offices with occasional visits to operational sites, or based in the site’s location.
