Development Institute (CDI) is seeking qualified and motivated Business Trainers to support entrepreneurship and microenterprise development across various governorates in Jordan.
Summary:
We are looking for experienced trainers to deliver practical, hands-on training sessions focused on building the capacity of aspiring entrepreneurs. This role involves working closely with individuals and communities to foster sustainable business ventures and promote economic self-reliance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct and facilitate awareness sessions on entrepreneurship.
– Deliver training workshops on business idea generation.
– Support participants in the development of comprehensive business plans.
– Oversee and provide guidance on the setup, operation, and management of trainees’ businesses.
– Offer ongoing mentoring and coaching to trainees throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering business development services for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs).
– Attended Training of Trainers (ToT) in business or entrepreneurship.
– Proficiency in computer skills.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
– Ability to work effectively with local communities.
– Willingness to engage in field work.
