Accountant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and analyzing the company’s financial data, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and contributing to the organization’s financial integrity. This position requires a proactive professional with exceptional analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
– Oversee the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
– Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank statements, to ensure accuracy and integrity
– Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support strategic decision-making
– Assist in developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives
– Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing for accuracy and timeliness.
– Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support
– Conduct variance analysis and recommend actionable insights to improve financial performance
– Drive process improvements within accounting operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
– Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure organizational compliance and operational excellence
Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
– 2+ years of practical hands-on experience
– Excellent in English
– Pleasant, approachable, and professional conduct
– Ability to analyze data with high attention to detail
– Exceptional attitude, self-starter, team player and process oriented
– Advanced knowledge in excel is a must, knowledge of Power BI is a plus
