We are looking for a detail-oriented Ticketing Agent to handle flight bookings, issue tickets, manage reservations, and assist clients with travel inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in ticketing and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process flight bookings and issue tickets.
Assist clients with travel-related questions.
Maintain booking records and systems.
Offer advice on flight options and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
5 Experience in ticketing or travel services is a must .
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of booking systems and airline policies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in english .
