Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Amman. The role combines technical expertise with client-facing sales, focusing on delivering the right security solutions tailored to client needs. You’ll act as the technical backbone during the sales process and after-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor for our security systems and low current solutions.
• Identify and qualify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Train customers on system usage and provide troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Solid understanding of security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control) and low current systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
