A leading Company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following
Oracle Fusion HCM
- Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules accordingly.
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, D) configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, user training, and enhancements.
- Work with technical teams on integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Customize reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Proficiency in business processes for HR, payroll.

Oracle Cloud HCM Certification(s)
Knowledge of localization features (KSA)
Experience working in a consulting or shared services environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Adaptability to rapidly changing environments
