Responsibilities

Job Description

• To be responsible for picking and packing of stock for counter customers/workshop and branches.
• Make sure the Inbound Shipments /Branch transfers receive accurate and report to Warehouse In charge if any discrepancy, all received parts should be binned on time.
• To make sure all orders/transfers Pick/pack and dispatch timely and accurate
• To be responsible for the safekeeping of company Material Handling Equipment and property.
• To make sure the warehouse/yard should be proper and organized, get it cleaned always.
• To be responsible for all warehouse related documents- to submit whenever required to Auditors/Management.
• Report Inbound Shipments discrepancies immediately to Stock controller and Warehouse In charge.
• To have a good communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and Branches. To make good working relationships with all.
• Make sure complete the warehouse Inventory count as per the scheduled time/period.
• To be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines – HSSE

Knowledge Skills And Experience

• Qualifications: High school cert or higher
• Experience: 2-4 years of min exp
• Skills : basic ms office, good communication skills
