Local company are seeking to hire HR manager:

We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager that focuses in providing superior services in the field of transportation. Below requirements are needed:

· RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1. Forecast staffing needs, create job descriptions
2. Partner with hiring managers to ensure each role aligns with business objectives and budgets.
3. Serve as the primary contact for grievances, disciplinary actions, and mediation.
4. Benchmark salaries, design pay structures, and evaluate bonus, commission, and equity plans.
5. Administer insurance plans, retirement programs, and non-monetary perks; manage vendor relationships.
6. Monitor and comply with labor legislation, health-and-safety rules, and data-privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR).
7. Prepare documentation for audits and governmental reporting.
8. Track metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and engagement scores.
9. Convert insights into actionable workforce strategies and C-suite dashboards.
10. Uphold confidentiality of employee data, investigate misconduct, and maintain ethical standards.
11. Serve as a role model for the organization’s values.
12. Very good application of Microsoft office and drafting emails.
13. Exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills
14. Has experience in training a team & hiring.
15. Has experience in setting up schedules and rostering.
16. Motivational person who can work under stress.

· EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

1. MBA in Human Recourses or equivalent (Essential)
2. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
3. Previous experience of managing a Human Resource team within Jordan. (Essential) A TEAM THAT EXCEEDS 100 EMPLOYEES
4. Strong understanding of the Jordan federal and labour laws and Regulations. (Essential)
5. Strong understanding of Social security law. (Essential)
6. Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRM web-based systems. (Essential)
7. Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll preparations. (Essential)
8. Good written and spoken English, preferable Arabic (Essential).
9. Working 6 days a week with 1 day off

· Applicants must also include the following:

1. At least two reference letters from previous employers
2. A copy of Social Security enrolment documents to verify work history
3. A sample Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document – submission of a relevant SOP is required to be considered for hiring
4. Location: Amman – Jordan, Job Type: Full-Time. Job opening expires by 15 th of June 2025
