A leading pharmaceutical drugstore company is seeking a highly experienced Sales Representative to lead its sales operations in the dental and medical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the dental sector.
▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists.
▪ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
▪ Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
▪ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
▪ Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
▪ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
▪ Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
▪ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
▪ Attend dental industry trade shows and events as required.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in dental technology / Oral and dental health / Nursing / Pharmacist Assistant
▪ One year at least Experience.
▪ Knowledge of dental equipment and supplies.
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
▪ Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
▪ Owns a car is must.
