Location: Amman, Jordan
Working Days: 3 days/week initially (potential to move to full-time, 5 days/week)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)

We are a sourcing company focused on pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging, working closely with local pharma companies and international suppliers. We handle supplier relations, office operations, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain management.
Role Overview
You will support the daily administrative functions of our sourcing operations, helping with communication between local clients and international suppliers, managing documentation, scheduling, and general office tasks to keep things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with supplier and client communications in Arabic and English
• Manage scheduling, calendar, and appointments
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
• Support order processing and follow up with suppliers and customers
• Maintain accurate records and databases
Qualifications
• 2 to 5 years of relevant administrative or sourcing experience
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Knowledge or interest in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
