Cloud Kitchen Operation Manager

About the job

Job Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Cloud Kitchen Operation Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our central kitchen, which supports multiple F&B brands. The successful candidate will have a solid background in cloud kitchen management, a deep understanding of kitchen workflows and inventory systems, and experience managing high-volume operations (200+ orders/day). This is a key leadership role requiring operational excellence, team management skills, and technical know-how in food production logistics.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations Management

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the central kitchen serving multiple brands.
  • Ensure seamless kitchen workflow from food prep to order dispatch.
  • Manage kitchen performance to meet order timelines, reduce errors, and maintain consistency.

Order Fulfillment

  • Handle and oversee fulfillment of 200+ online delivery orders daily through multiple aggregators and platforms.
  • Monitor and improve food packaging, labeling, and dispatch efficiency.
  • Maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance for different delivery partners.

Team Management

  • Lead a team of chefs, kitchen staff, and packers across various shifts.
  • Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and conduct training programs.
  • Maintain discipline, motivation, and high hygiene standards among staff.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Manage all aspects of stock control using modern inventory systems.
  • Ensure real-time stock tracking, reduce wastage, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate documentation.

Quality & Compliance

  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all kitchen processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP/ISO/local standards).
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure food consistency, taste, and presentation.

Reporting & Improvement

  • Generate daily and weekly operational reports (inventory, wastage, order volume, delivery accuracy).
  • Monitor KPIs such as order time, customer complaints, and food costs.
  • Recommend and execute improvements for process optimization and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a cloud kitchen with high-order volumes.
  • Proven ability to handle 200+ daily food orders across multiple brands or cuisines.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., MarketMan, Foodics, Zoho, Oracle SCM, or similar).
  • Experience working with POS, KDS, and delivery integration platforms.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a high-paced environment.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field

Languages:

  • Fluent in Arabic & English
