Location: Amman, Jordan | Type: Full-time, permanent | Language: French, Arabic & English

We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to join our team in Amman. In this role, you’ll support core functions across finance, HR, procurement, and administration — helping ensure the smooth delivery of projects with real-world impact.
You’ll work closely with regional and global teams, manage internal systems, and keep operations running efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What we’re looking for:
– 1–3 years of relevant experience (finance, admin, operations)
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Fluency in English, Arabic, and French
– A team player with a problem-solving mindset
