Title: Office Manager
The roles and responsibilities of this position will be described below:
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the
Chairman.
• Arrange and booking travel, transportation and accommodation.
• Organizing events and conference.
• reminding the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines
• typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• managing databases and filing systems
• implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative system
• Attending meetings with senior management
• Arrange for maintenance.
• Review business opportunities and draft reports.
• Review contracts and draft comment reports.
• Draft and create presentation.
• Follow up with Chairman companies.
• Follow up on family matters if and when asked.
Chairman Foundation
• Follow and maintain the foundation structure and flow.
• Ensure that the foundation responsibilities are implemented.
• Update the Chairman on the Foundation matters, pending matter etc.
• Create new foundation initiatives.
• Maintain the foundation portfolio.
Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master preferred)
Years of experience: 5+ years of experience in similar role
Language: Fluency in spoken and written English & Arabic
Excellent command of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding communication, organization, and time management and follow up skills.
