🎯 Your Role
📲 Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
☎️ Make outbound calls to follow up and support users
💬 Provide clear solutions and support to both drivers and customers
🤝 Work closely with the team to ensure the highest service standards
📝 Job Details
Type: Full-time
Work Days: 6 days per week
Hours: 8 hours per day
Shifts: Morning 🌅 | Afternoon 🌇 | Evening 🌙 – choose what fits you best
Location: 📍 Baghdad

🗣️ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
😌 Ability to stay calm under pressure
