Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of call center agents, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee call center operations, ensuring efficiency in inbound and outbound interactions.
- Monitor service quality, resolve escalations, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze key performance metrics, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to streamline workflows and optimize service delivery.
- Work closely with internal departments to align customer service strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including social media.
Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of (3) three years of experience in a call center leadership role.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strategic problem-solving ability, with experience handling escalations and improving service quality.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
