Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor | Doha, Qatar

About the Role:

To assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in store & outdoor branding and POSM, in-store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team which will deliver overall increased sales growth and profit for Almarai.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• College Level preferable in Marketing.
• 3 years’ experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions; Category management experience.
• English proficiency; Computer literacy.
• Must have competencies such as High level of numeracy and analytical; Effective influencing and negotiating skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Deliver results within required deadlines; Assertive agent of change; Works effectively within a team environment or on own initiative; Effective problem solver; Effective planning and organizational skills; Self-motivated and creative.
