We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced “Senior Quality Assurance Engineer” to lead our QA efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test processes and collaborating closely with development and product teams to drive excellence in every release.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
– Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
– Lead QA initiatives across multiple projects to ensure consistent best practices.
– Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using issue tracking systems.
– Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
– Ensure products meet quality standards before launch.
– Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
– Mentor and support junior QA team members.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevOps) to ensure high product quality.
– Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
– Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
– Experience with both manual and automated testing.
– Proficiency in test automation frameworks
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
