Senior Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations and drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales across all company showrooms.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Expand the company’s market presence and brand visibility.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and engineering firms.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Report regularly to management with sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales management, preferably in interior design, kitchens and decoration
- Strong network of contacts with consultants, engineers, and project managers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
