📌 Operations Manager – Facilities Management (Amman, Jordan)
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with a strong background in facilities management to lead and support daily operations across various sites in Jordan. The ideal candidate must have proven experience within Jordan, specifically in managing housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping services, and must own a car to facilitate site visits and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites in Jordan.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping teams to ensure service excellence.
Monitor operational workflows, track KPIs, and implement process improvements.
Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor relations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
Report directly to senior management with regular performance updates and recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of operations or facilities management experience in Jordan.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Hands-on knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping operations.
Ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple service providers.
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
