Job Title: IT Specialist
Company: GAC Motor – Service Centre
Location: Baghdad, Karada
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade all hardware, software, and networking systems.
– Provide day-to-day technical support to all departments, including service centers and showrooms.
– Monitor system performance and implement efficiency improvements.
– Manage backups, data recovery procedures, and cybersecurity measures.
– Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
– Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT equipment and services.
– Maintain documentation for IT systems and user guides.
– Maintain time attendance and surveillance systems.
– Ensure compliance with data protection and IT policies.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
– Solid understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
– Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
– Experience with time attendance and CCTV systems is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
– Good communication skills in Arabic and basic English.
