Customer Service Officer
Sakkab Group – Hilti Jordan is seeking a high-achieving customer service officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately and promptly
2. Make outbound calls to prospective customers
3. Prepare sales quotations for customers and the sales team
4. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
5. Manage the sales lead cycle from registration to final closure
6. Maintain and update customer data to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
2. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
3. Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
4. Strong knowledge of computer systems, particularly SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
6. Strong technical aptitude and customer relationship management skills
7. Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
8. Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
9. Motivation to build and maintain strong customer relationships
