Our client is on the lookout for a Service Excellence Specialist to join their dynamic SmartSupport team! 🎯

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Leading strategic service improvement initiatives

✅ Performing detailed data analysis & reporting to senior leadership

✅ Conducting quality audits to ensure operational excellence

✅ Driving process development aligned with ITSM best practices

✅ Managing ITSM tools (ManageEngine ServiceDesk)

✅ Addressing partner feedback and escalations

✅ Identifying and bridging training gaps within the team

🎓 What We’re Looking For

📌 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin, or related

📌 Strong English communication (written & verbal)

📌 ITIL Foundation Certified

📌 Proven track record in IT service management & continuous improvement

📌 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

📌 Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable professional
