Job Opportunity: Procurement Manager
A leading company in the food production sector is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Procurement Manager to join its dynamic team in Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and developing strong relationships with suppliers to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company goals.
Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships.
Monitor market trends and maintain updated knowledge of products and services.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet purchasing needs.
Analyze procurement data and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of procurement software and tools.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Jordanian nationality is a must.
