Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our General Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage General Manager’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM
• Conduct research and gather information for various projects and tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail
• Maintain and update company records and databases
• Assist with special projects and events as needed
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the GM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
