Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote the company’s products and services.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with existing clients and maintain positive relationships.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Record call outcomes and sales reports using CRM systems.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
No prior experience required; 0–2 years in tele sales or IT sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Persuasive, polite, and able to handle different customer personalities.
Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
