Golden Ways Logistics (GWL) – the exclusive agent for Folk Maritime Shipping Line – is looking for a skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional ready to support two dynamic companies at the heart of the region’s growing logistics and shipping sector.

🔹 What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources

Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development

Excellent communication and decision-making skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies

Support both companies’ growth with effective people strategies and performance frameworks

Act as a trusted partner to leadership teams
