We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a desire to drive business growth — we want to hear from you!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and introducing innovative IT and cybersecurity solutions that help businesses transform securely
Responsibilities
Source new sales leads and qualify opportunities through inbound follow-ups and outbound calls and emails.
Conduct research on prospects and prepare for outreach.
Identify customer buying trends and report insights to management.
Update and maintain CRM records (leads, prospects, and opportunities).
Engage with potential and existing customers to promote solutions.
Ask insightful questions to understand client needs and recommend tailored offerings.
Deliver impactful 15-minute online sales presentations to showcase our company and solutions.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Refer hot leads to the field sales team when needed.
Manage customer database follow-ups.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of proven sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Confidence in cold calling and professional objection handling.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Fast learner with the ability to explain solutions clearly.
CRM systems and telephony software experience is a plus.
