Responsibilities:

·        Conduct research, design experiments, formulate prototypes, analyze results for new and improved kasih products.

·        Develop and optimize product formulations, evaluate raw and packaging materials, conduct stability and shelf-life testing.

·        Accurately document research, prepare technical reports and presentations.

·        Work closely with Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.

·        Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.

·        Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to intellectual property.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Food Science.

·        2-3 years of R&D experience in the FMCG industry.

·        Strong understanding of food science, formulation, sensory evaluation, analytical testing, food safety, and quality systems.

·        Excellent experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

·        Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

·        Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
