Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Amman-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, presenting MetLife’s product portfolio, and achieving defined sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients to promote MetLife products
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Conduct effective presentations tailored to client needs
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in financial services)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Solid understanding of customer relationship management
Goal-oriented with a strong team spirit
Must reside within a commutable distance to Amman
