Defaf Al Nahrayn (Matrix Carbonated Drinks, BM Energy Drinks, and Matrix Juices) is seeking for a HR Operations Supervisor according to below:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
•Professional certificates in HR is a plus.
•7+ years of experience in all HR Operations (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relationships, Attendance, Vacations, Employees Data, Employees Contracts, Employees Clearances, Social Security and Work Injuries…etc).
•Experience in manufacturing sector or FMCG is a must.
•Solid knowledge in Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
•Using Menaitech system is a must.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Excellent in Excel is a must.
