Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temporary 6 months)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Contract Details: Full-time, Temporary (6 months)

Salary:3000 AED

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our team and assist in daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars and schedules.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other business correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Having Own Visa and available in Abu Dhabi
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the 6-month contract.
