DAR AL OMRAN Infrastructure & Environment is looking to hire an experienced Contracts & Quantity Surveying Engineer in the field of Engineering Consultancy to be part of the Department Team within its Head Office in Amman – Jordan.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Prepare the Q.S. works and manage the documentation process throughout its various phases by timely communication with line manager.
• Identify different project quantities such as, materials, equipment and resources, i.e. quantity take-off based on an approved method of measurement.
• Prepare bill of quantities, specifications and condition of contract.
• Evaluate and analyze contactor bids.
• Monitor work on a regular basis to ensure compliance with schedule, production budget, and technical accuracy
• Prepares cost estimate reports by applying diverse cost estimation methodologies.
• Familiar with the terms of FIDIC contracts.
• Proficiency level in communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency level in using computer software related to the position.
