Layan Food Trading & Logistics Services is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator. Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with the logistics team.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and track invoices and follow up on payments.
• Perform other administrative and sales-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
