Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager to oversee our technical team and ensure the seamless execution of digital projects from initiation to completion. This role involves significant interaction with clients, coordination with internal teams, and the implementation of robust reporting mechanisms to track project progress, financials, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Lead and supervise the technical team, ensuring high-quality execution of projects in website development, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
2- Act as the primary communication liaison between clients and the technical team, gathering new tasks, discussing project modifications, and coordinating project requirements and deliverables.
3- Manage communication across all project stakeholders, including the technical team, internal sales team, and company management, to ensure project alignment and effective execution.
4- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and timelines.
5- Implement and oversee project reporting systems to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and adjustments needed to stakeholders, including detailed reports for company management to aid in strategic decision-making.
6- Contribute to internal and external meetings, providing clear and concise reports on project progress and outcomes.
7- Participate in the recruitment and training processes to ensure the technical team is well-equipped and aligned with current and future project needs.
8- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, maintaining our agency’s standards of quality and client satisfaction.
9- Any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
2- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management within an IT or digital agency environment.
3- Strong understanding of digital marketing, development processes, and client management.
4- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
5- Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
6- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
7- Fluency in English and Arabic.
