About this Position The main purpose of the job is to ensure availability of right stock on time

What You´ll Do

• Align with Supply planning team and factory teams to receive plans
• Transfer purchase requests (PRs) to purchase orders (POs)
• Send POs to suppliers and follow up from order to delivery at port /plants
• Highlight risks and proposed solutions in a timely manner
• React to changes in plans by adjusting POs sent to suppliers and calculate stock levels & safety stocks for all materials
• Coordinate with different entities (Purchasing, Central Planning, plants, suppliers, clearance, etc.) to ensure availability of materials

What makes you a good fit

• High Degree in Logistics, International Trade, supply & procurement or equivalent
• Previous Experience in similar position preferably within an FMCG
• Knowledge in: transportation management, planning, negotiation, shipping, supply chain optimization, operations management
• Team Player, organized with strong analytical capabilities
• Fluent English speaker -SAP – Office Pack Mastery
