** Vacancy : CFO .

MyThings is an online delivery, pick-up, and dine-in application that offers various categories for users to choose from such as restaurants, supermarkets, cosmetics, electronics, pharmacies, gift shops, etc. We make sure that with a few taps on their mobile phone; consumers get their desire. MyThings has developed three applications: customer, admin, and driver, transforming into a fully automated platform to streamline operations and enhance our partners’ experience. Additionally, MyThings boosts vendor sales and comprehensively covers all customer needs.
** Position Overview:
The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive management team, leading the company’s financial planning, performance management, risk mitigation, and strategic investment efforts. This position requires a high level of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to support the CEO and Board of Directors in making informed decisions.
** Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Financial Leadership.
– Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.

– Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive-level decision-making.
– Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning processes.
– Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze variances.
– Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
– Oversee treasury functions, cash flow, and working capital management.
– Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A activity, and fundraising strategies.
– Develop and maintain strong banking and investor relationships.
– Establish and enforce internal controls and corporate governance standards.
– Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
– Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
– Supervise finance, accounting, procurement, and IT (if under scope).
– Implement financial systems to enhance reporting and transparency.
– Drive cost-efficiency and business process improvements across departments.
** Required Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred).
– 10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the executive/C-level.
