ملخص الوظيفة:
يتولى مدير التسويق مسؤولية إعداد وتنفيذ حملات واستراتيجيات تسويقية متكاملة، وتحليل الأسواق والجمهور المستهدف، وتحسين الأداء عبر استخدام البيانات، بالإضافة إلى قيادة فريق التسويق لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
المهام والمسؤوليات:

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويق شاملة خاصة بقطاع الهواتف الذكية وإنترنت الأشياء (IoT).
-
إدارة حملات تسويقية متعددة القنوات (رقمية، وسائل تواصل اجتماعي، PR، وسائل تقليدية).
-
تحليل وضع السوق وتحديد الفئات المستهدفة والأهداف لكل منتج أو منطقة.
-
إعداد وتنظيم تقويم الفعاليات والأنشطة التسويقية.
-
إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص الجديدة.

المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال التسويق، ويفضل في قطاعات التكنولوجيا أو الهواتف المحمولة.

سجل حافل في قيادة حملات تسويقية ناجحة.
-
مهارات تحليلية وقيادية ممتازة.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing BCI’s and Xiaomi’s brand visibility, improving customer engagement, and boosting revenue across different channels. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, driving innovative strategies, and using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the objectives and goals of the mobile and IoT Business.
· Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencers PR, and traditional media.
· Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand company and product positioning, identify target audiences, and establish specific marketing objectives across various product segments, geographies and channels.
· Develop and manage the calendar for marketing programs, events and activities.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer demands, and competitive advantages.
· Collaborate with sales, brand management team, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are well-integrated and aligned.
· Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
· Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
· Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the cutting edge of marketing.
· Guide the day to day activities of the marketing team, ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
· Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Job Specifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field
