تُعلن شركة Manaseer Natural Solutions عن توفر شاغر لوظيفة مهندس إنتاج (Production Engineer) في منطقة القسطل، ضمن بيئة عمل محفزة ومليئة بالتحديات.

المهام الوظيفية:

• متابعة وتحسين العمليات الإنتاجية لضمان الكفاءة والجودة.

• تحليل بيانات الإنتاج وإعداد تقارير الأداء.

• التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة والجودة لحل المشكلات وتقليل التوقفات.

• تطبيق مبادئ التصنيع الرشيق والتحسين المستمر.

• الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والإجراءات التشغيلية.

• المساهمة في وضع جداول الإنتاج وتوزيع الموارد.

• دعم جهود تقليل الفاقد وتحسين الكفاءة من حيث التكلفة.

• المشاركة في تصميم العمليات واختيار المعدات المناسبة.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية (شرط أساسي).

• خبرة من 0–2 سنة (الترحيب بالخريجين الجدد).

• مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering and have a strong interest in optimizing production processes and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve production processes to ensure high efficiency and product quality.

Analyze production data and generate performance reports.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.

Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Assist in planning production schedules and resource allocation.

Support in reducing waste and improving cost-efficiency.

Contribute to new process designs and equipment selection.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (mandatory).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and production-related software (ERP knowledge is a plus).

Willingness to work in a dynamic factory environment.
